30 April to 15 July 2026 - We love Dominica "The Nature Island!"

In late April, we accepted an unexpected call to transfer to the Nature Island of Dominica—a uniquely lush mountain home where we've embraced farm work, vibrant local markets, and deep community connections. Between hosting weekly youth activities, preparing for an upcoming waterfall hike and "Faith Walk" youth conference, and serving alongside the young missionaries, our hearts are overflowing. Visiting members in their humble homes and sharing gospel messages has given us a profound new perspective on our own lives. We are forever grateful for this mission on the "Isles of the Sea" and the eternal relationships we are building along the way.

16 Jan - 29 April 2026 Visitors! Goodbye St Thomas and St John!

Our four months on St Thomas and St John flew by in a whirlwind of visiting family, cherished friends, and a surprise call asking us to transfer to Dominica, which we accepted even though it meant leaving early. We're so grateful for the selfless service, humility, and faith we witnessed there, and we carry those lessons with us into our final six months serving in Dominica!

22 November 2025 - 15 January 2026 A December to Remember and Welcome 2026!

We're heading into the second half of our mission with a surprise transfer to Dominica on April 29, requested by President Horstmeier to keep supporting the island's growing momentum, and though it's bittersweet to leave the friendships we've built, we feel our first nine months prepared us for this next adventure. We continue to grow through the faith and stories of those we serve, the hardworking missionaries who inspire us daily, and the counsel from President and Sister Horstmeier to include the Lord in everything and trust the quiet impressions that guide us.

Our Purpose

Inviting others to come unto Christ by helping them receive His restored gospel through Faith in Jesus Christ and His Atonement, Repentance, Baptism, receiving The Gift of the Holy Ghost, and enjoying/enduring to the end.

We love striving to live the Gospel of Jesus Christ every day, caring for others as he showed us how, inviting all to come unto Christ, and strengthening and uniting families forever.
